The use of this website means you are bound by these Terms and conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Statement carefully. They describe the rights and responsibilities of both you as the user and us. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions or with our Privacy Statement, please leave the website immediately.

These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without notice. Please check them regularly for any changes.


Placing an order

By placing an order, you are confirming that you agree with our Term and Conditions and Privacy Statement.

You must be over 18 years of age to place an order. By using this website, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age. We will not accept orders made by persons under 18 years of age.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we will confirm receipt of your order via email.

If we are unable to fulfil an order for whatever reason after payment has been received, we will contact you, the customer directly via phone or email.

Orders placed on a weekend or a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day

All payments received on this website are processed via PayPal.


Delivery of Goods

All goods are delivered by Australia Post and various other contracted courier services.

Some of these deliveries will require a signature of receipt. If no-one is available to take receipt of the goods, and the goods are delivered by Australia Post, a card will be left so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.


Returning a Product

We recommend that you choose very carefully before choosing a Product. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to provide you with a store credit if you change your mind about a purchase, however, not all suppliers and manufacturers abide by these terms and this may not occur in all instances. Where a return is being made due to an incorrect choice made by the customer, the product must be returned to us in the original packaging and we must be notified within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Where a return is being made due to receipt of a defective product, we will provide you with a replacement product upon receipt of the returned items.

My Baby Bundle does not provide a refund, exchange or store credit if you have damaged the product through mis-use, if you had a defect drawn to your attention before you purchased the product, where products are clearly labelled as seconds or faulty or if the 14 days claim period has lapsed.


Manufacturer Warranty

Most of the products available on the website are covered by Manufacturers Warranty. In some instances, it may be more efficient for you to contact the manufacturer rather than My Baby Bundle, in particular, for electronic devices.
